Dental Technical Advisor for Removable Department.

We are seeking a talented REMOVABLE Dental Technical Advisor on behalf of our client, a fast-growing dental laboratory dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service. This role focuses on quality control of incoming cases and providing expert consultation to dental practices and doctors. The lab specializes in advanced dental implants, CAD / CAM-milled zirconia crowns and abutments, and top-tier flexible partials and removable restorations.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform quality control on incoming dental cases with a focus on removables.
  • Consult with doctors and dental practices to ensure top-tier results and satisfaction.
  • Support and contribute to the team’s commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and service.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience fabricating dental appliances, including :
  • Bite rims, custom trays, dentures, partials, set-ups, finishing, relines, and repairs.
  • Knowledge of implants is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of raw materials and production processes used in dental labs.
  • Experience with digital workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing, dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed.
  • Proficiency in computer use, phone communication, and typing is a significant advantage.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Pay : $25.00 - $26.00 per hour.
    • Benefits :
  • 401(k).
  • Paid time off.
  • Relocation assistance.

    • Schedule :

  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
  • Location : Tampa, FL (In-person role; relocation required before start).

    • Preferred Experience :

  • At least 1 year of direct experience in dental appliance fabrication.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work within the field of dentistry.
