- Perform medical imaging tasks, including X-rays and utilizing 3D scanners as needed.
- Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Support pediatric patients with empathy and understanding during their visits.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Utilize Epic systems for scheduling appointments and managing patient information effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Familiarity with endodontics and four-handed dentistry techniques is advantageous.
- Knowledge of infection control practices is essential for maintaining a safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus, enhancing our ability to cater to younger demographics effectively.
