What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist position at Dental Office?
Currently looking for a full-time front desk receptionist, at a well established busy private dental office. The candidate will need to work with other receptionists, and therefore dental experience is not a must but is preferred.
Duties include answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling, verifying benefits, entering insurance payments, discussing treatment with patients, and running database reports.

Qualifications
- Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation
- Experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic and Dentrix
- Knowledge of patient assessment and general dentistry practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records management
- Understanding of prosthodontics and relevant dental software, such as Eaglesoft
- Strong organizational and communication skills in a dental office setting
