About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to enhancing the patient experience.
Proficiency in Dentrix and other relevant office management software is essential. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing administrative tasks, coordinating staff, and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the practice.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: 36-38 per hour

Work Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Experience & Skills
- Years of Experience Required: 1 year
- Essential Skills:
- Managing accounts receivable (AR)
- Handling insurance billing
- Delegating work duties among staff, including both front and back office teams
