Practice Description:We are a group committed to our values, and our mission is To Improve the Oral Health of All. We are dedicated to providing necessary care and education for patients in areas that might not commonly have access.
We operate over 75 practices in 6 states including Alabama, Florida, Massachusetts, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Our strongest presence is in Oregon with 58 practices.
Our teams take great pride in giving back to the community and we are involved at all levels of the organization. For instance, youll be joining a team where each year in October, we have our Mission Month where team members volunteer to receive supplies to assemble oral health kits for the local community. Last year, over 70,000 kits were delivered across the country.
Our teams are built with professionals who share a common philosophy and have high standards. Our two most important priorities are to provide the best clinical care possible for patients, provide care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Patients have a number of fears and phobias regarding visiting the dentist office, and we try to help them overcome those and understand the importance of their oral health and how it is linked to their health overall.
Job Description:Position is Full Time. We are open to hiring 4 or 5 days per week.
Compensation/Benefits:
Pay Range: Compensation is the greater of a daily rate or a percentage of net production. Daily rate range is 850-1000, possibly higher based on experience and practice location.
