What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Dental Assistant Full-Time position at Dental Professionals?
Practice Description: North Seattle neighborhood dental practice is looking for a Lead Dental Assistant. We are looking for a quality-oriented and reliable individual who is friendly, energetic and has a great attendance record. Excellent chairside manners, along with communication and people skills are a must. If you're proactive and a skilled team player who takes initiative, we'd love to hear from you We have a great neighborhood practice, in a home setting that has been around for over 50 years. Dr. is a caring dentist, who believes in providing the highest level of care to his patients. He cares for his employees as well.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take digital x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
- Experience with CEREC a plus, but willing to train
- In charge of ordering and making sure the office is stocked for all procedures
Pay Range: 34-40/hr. DOE
Bonus:Yes
401K: A Simple IRA with a 3 employer match after 1 year of employment.
Medical:Yes including Vision. Policy provided after a 3 months trial period.
Dental: In-office dental free for employee except pay for any lab fees. Immediate family receive a 50 discount and pay for any lab fees.
Paid Time Off: Vacation Pay ( 1 week after 1 yr, 2 weeks after 2 yrs, 3 weeks after 3 yrs, 4 weeks after 4 yrs - maxing out at 4 weeks). Holiday Pay.

Requirements:
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday hours 7-4, lunch from 1-2. Friday hours 7-2, straight through and take snack breaks as needed.
