- Standard duties for Dental Assistants are to be expected. Some of which are:
- Greeting and seating patients
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is sterilized and ready to use.
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instruments trays, preparing and mixing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
- Taking and developing dental x-rays (if you hold a valid NJ Radiology License)
- Chair side dental assisting and Four Handed Dentistry.
- Recording patient medical histories and vital signs
- Providing great patient care.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- X-Ray License is preferred but not necessary.
- Recent graduates are welcome!
