Position: Experienced Receptionist cum Scheduler
Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekends as needed
- Day shift
- In Person
Qualification:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Requirements:
- 2 year of dental office experience
- Willingness to work at Bolingbrook, IL 60490 [or] at Joliet, IL 60435
- Trained in using Eaglesoft Dental Management Software
- English and Spanish speaking
- Knowledge of digital communication. [ Email/ Telephone/ Bulk Messaging]
Responsibility includes: ( but not limited to)
- Answering phones
- Handling walk-ins
- Scheduling Appointments
- Smooth Coordination among the team
- Patient Account Management
- Appointment scheduling
- Clerical duties and documentation
- Insurance verification [optional]
- Insurance billing [optional]
- Hours may vary between Monday- Saturday
- Full-time position
- Must have availability on Saturday [occasionally]
