Key Responsibilities
• Provide thorough cleanings and examinations to patients of all ages
• Conduct routine X-rays and other diagnostic tests as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and nutrition
• Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuing education
Requirements
• Current dental hygienist license in Connecticut
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification
