Overview
We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Dentists to join our Modesto and Stockton dental practices. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and commitment to patient satisfaction in performing all phases of dentistry.
As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health. This role requires a strong foundation in various dental disciplines and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
All offices are Non-Managed Care accepting PPO and FFS patients only. We are currently accepting applications for both full time and part time associate dentist positions. Compensation is based on a percentage of production or a daily minimum guaranteed amount, whichever is greater.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs.
- Perform a full range of dental treatments including preventative, operative, prosthodontic, endodontic and oral surgery procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments.
- Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong understanding of medical records management and medical documentation practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced private practice style environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.
