Requirements:

• Valid KY Dental License (or willingness to acquire)
• Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited school of Dentistry
• Comprehensive “Bread and Butter” General Dentistry experience/knowledge
• Confident in diagnosing patients and recommending proper treatment plans
• 1 years of professional experience as a practicing Dentist
• Must have current DEA registration numbers and controlled substance in the state of KY
• KY Medicaid provider number (or willingness to acquire)

Preferred Skills:

• Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry experience
• Simple & Surgical Extractions
• Endodontic Therapy proficiency
• Ability to speak Spanish and English

In a practice that fosters an environment of teamwork, this Associate will be working and growing with other dentists in the office and region to provide the best treatment care possible to all patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $187,038.00 - $247,026.00 per year
