Requirements:
- TN Dental License: You must hold a valid Tennessee Dental License or be willing to acquire one.
- Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited school of Dentistry
- General Dentistry knowledge
- Comfortable with molar endo and extractions
- Alignment with practice core values
