An established, multi-location private dental group is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join their high-performing team in the Coeur d'Alene area. With a loyal patient base, strong clinical support, and a culture rooted in growth and mentorship, this is an ideal opportunity for a dentist looking to advance their career in a modern, patient-first environment. Key Highlights:
- 100% FFS/PPO practice (no Medicaid or DMO).
- 36 hours/week across 4.5 days (Monday–Friday).
- Ownership opportunity available.
- Modern office equipped with CBCT (Gendex), iTero, Eaglesoft, digital X-rays, and Nobel Biocare implant systems.
- Supportive team: 2 RDAs, 2 FT hygienists, with plans to add more.
- Strong new patient flow with over 1500 active patients and a healthy hygiene program.
- Private practice feel with W-2 stability.
Compensation & Structure:
- Guaranteed daily rate up to $10K/month for new grads.
- 30% of net production on the first $15K/month, then 35% thereafter.
- Medical, 401(k), malpractice, CE reimbursement.
- Path to partnership for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on quality, comfort, and long-term patient relationships.
- Collaborate with a driven clinical and administrative team to ensure optimal patient experiences.

What You Bring:
- DMD or DDS with eligibility to practice in Idaho.
- CPR and DEA certification (or the ability to obtain).
- Experience preferred, but new grads and GPR/AEGD-trained candidates are welcome.
