Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical documentation.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries, including medical collections.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Utilize EHR systems and dental software to streamline office operations.
