Role and Responsibilities
- Run a full-cycle recruiting process for all departments
- Work with the DentalMonitoring hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a talent acquisition strategy to meet their goals
- Own the hiring process for assigned open roles
- Draft job ads and publish job opportunities on our career page and relevant job boards
- Source, screen and interview potential talents - proactively identity perfect candidates
- Organize interview processes and hiring discussions with the hiring team
- Guide the offer process including closing candidates
- Input all candidates information and interview feedbacks into HR tools
- Work closely with the People Team during the pre-boarding and onboarding processes to onboard new hires
- Create the roadmap for a successful candidate experience and engage all stakeholders in becoming representatives of the DentalMonitoring brand
- Collaborate with Marketing about promoting open roles, and keep the DM brand aligned globally
- Liaise with external recruiters as first point of contact when appointed to manage a specific job allocation
- Engage proactively in quarterly benchmarking activities and market surveillance
- Be able to provide metrics as needed on your recruitment activities
Information Security
- Be aware of their own responsibility regarding information security
- Perform their work according to the applicable policies and procedures
- Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS
- Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident
Essential Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting experience
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Experience with offer negotiations and closing candidates
- Patient, communicative teammate
- Data-driven and embraces the growth-mindset
- Excellent problem solver
- Able to influence hiring managers with diverse backgrounds and point of views
- Self-starter and autonomous
- Lead by example
- Ability and willingness to challenge the status-quo, improve ways of operating the talent arena, and to develop one-self and others
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting in the AI, tech, medical, orthodontic, and dental industries are highly preferable
- Health industry experience preferred
- Startup and scale-up experience
- Experience in recruiting in the AI, tech, medical, orthodontic, and dental industries
