We're seeking experienced Dental Hygienists to join our team, providing personalized patient care, educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, and collaborating with front office staff to schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective hygiene schedules to ensure efficient patient flow
- Provide personalized patient care, educating them on proper oral hygiene techniques and counseling on oral health
- Collaborate with front office staff to schedule appointments and manage patient communication
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases, share knowledge, and improve overall patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of two years of experience working in a fast-paced dental environment; DSO/Group Practice experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, and coworkers
- Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
