Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, located in Loganville, GA. The VP will lead all aspects of DentCare USA’s M&A strategy, including deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and integration. This role will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, negotiating transactions, and ensuring seamless post-merger integration to expand the company's operations and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute DentCare USA's M&A strategy to support growth objectives and the annual investment target of $20 million.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the dental and healthcare industries.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence of potential acquisitions.
- Lead contract negotiations and structure deals in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Develop and manage post-merger integration plans to align operations, culture, and systems effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquired entities to ensure ROI and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in M&A, with 8 years of experience in deal structuring, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
- Strong financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional understanding of market trends in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
