Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist with all chairside procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
- Create a welcoming and calming environment for patients, making every visit a positive experience.
- Maintain sterilization and cleanliness of treatment rooms and instruments.
- Take digital impressions, X-rays, and assist with cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures.
- Communicate clearly with patients about procedures, aftercare, and treatment plans.
- Help manage the clinical flow to keep the schedule running on time.
- Assist in implementing new processes and best practices as we grow.
Qualifications:
- Experience is a plus but not required—we value soft skills, attitude, and work ethic above all.
- Certificated Dental Assistant certification or willingness to obtain one.
- A Utah Radiology Certification
- Coronal Polishing Certification
- Ability to multitask in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for patient care and helping people feel comfortable in the dental chair.
