Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
- Offer comfort amenities such as refreshments, blankets, and a thoughtfully curated lounge experience.
- Capture and document patient experiences through photos and videos for social media, ensuring content aligns with our brand.
- Engage with patients in authentic conversations, building long-term relationships and trust.
- Maintain a clean, polished, and elevated reception area with seasonal décor and thoughtful details.
- Collaborate with the clinical team throughout the day to ensure a smooth and seamless patient flow.
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement, enhancing our online presence with patient success stories and behind-the-scenes content.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-facing roles preferred.
- Social media management skills, with an eye for engaging and brand-aligned content.
- A friendly, proactive, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating an exceptional and memorable patient experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $17-20 per hour, based on experience, with additional monthly production-based bonuses.
- Part-time schedule with option to go full-time within a few months.
