Job Summary
Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join their dedicated team. This position will focus on serving the community, with a strong emphasis on providing whole health care in a supportive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient-centered, and able to manage diverse dental needs while addressing the individual patient challenges.
This position is based in thriving diverse community, with over 300 new patients monthly. They currently operate Monday through Saturday, with flexible days and hours, depending on the doctors personal needs. Our Client also offers competitive salary of 30% Adjusted Productions & 34% of Hygiene, Health Insurance, as well as continuing education through Spear Education, and is open to sponsoring candidates in need of a HB1 .
Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, .
· Conduct thorough exams and diagnoses, developing personalized treatment plans.
· Manage dental emergencies and special cases as needed.
· Demonstrate excellent patient communication skills, ensuring children and their families feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment.
· Work collaboratively with other members of our team, ensuring a smooth collaborative work flow.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and health center policies.
· Provide guidance to dental assistants and other staff as needed.
Qualifications
· 3 years experience as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and be currently licensed in the state.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and their families.
· Compassionate, patient-centered care approach with a focus on improving the dental experience for patients.
· Knowledge of current dental technologies and techniques, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
