Responsibilities
- Leadership and Practice Management, able to be a Key Point Person for the Practice, providing daily guidance to the team
- Technology Integration (ie: THE VATECH GREEN CT 2, MIS IMPLANT TECHNOLOGY, 3D CONE BEAM, CEREC, NUPRO FREEDOM SYSTEM, etc..)
- Operational Efficiency and Innovation
- Patient Experience and Relationship Building, giving our patients the comfort and understanding to build long term relationship
- Continuing Education and Professional Growth, to contiune to stay up with Technological Advances
- Marketing & Community Outreach
- Compliance and Risk Management
Experience
- 5 Years Experience in General Dentistry
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in the state.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with medical documentation processes is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
