Responsibilities
- Patient-Centered Care: Provide comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on comfort, compassion, and clear communication.
- Creating a Family Atmosphere: Establishing and maintaining a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for patients and employees.
- Comprehensive Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the best interest of each patient, addressing both immediate and long-term dental health goals.
- Preventative Dentistry: Educate children and their families about proper oral hygiene practices, diet, and preventative care to promote lifelong dental health.
- Practice Growth: Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by actively participating in marketing, patient retention, and the development of innovative service offerings.
- Collaboration with Team Members: Work closely with a dedicated team of dental professionals, to create a seamless and efficient patient experience.

Qualifications
- 3 Years Experience in General Dentistry
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in the state.
- Sedation Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental fabrication techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort
- Experience with patient education and prevention
- Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental software (preferred but not re quired)
- Willingness to make a long-term commitment to the practice and our community for its growth and success.
- Leadership skills with an interest in mentoring or coaching team members.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
