JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Intern will assist the Dentist Advisors’ Director of Marketing and Sr. VP of Business Development to help manage relationships with our partners and coordinate virtual and in-person events for dentists. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in project management and communication, and has a passion for fostering meaningful partnerships and executing high-quality events.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate partner onboarding by ensuring a seamless introduction and integration process using Monday.com
- Maintain and update partner web pages utilizing WordPress
- Schedule, post, and promote partner video content across relevant platforms
- Gather and organize details for partner webinars, newsletters, and other promotional content
- Promote partners through social media and marketing campaigns
- Report Continuing Education (CE) details for partner webinars as required
- Plan, coordinate, and help promote partner events, including partner lunch and learns and dinner events
- Manage logistics for monthly dentist mastermind groups
- Coordinate podcast recordings with partners
- Track and ensure timely delivery of all partner-related marketing materials
- Manage schedule and partner deliverables for the Dentist Money Summit
PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- You are working toward a BA/BS or equivalent in marketing, PR, communications, or related field
- Experience and/or interest in the financial services industry
- Experience and/or interest in the dental industry
- Excel at project management and staying ahead of deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, email management, and experience with Zoom Webinar
- Familiar with Hubspot
- Competent in posting with CMS system, such as WordPress
- Familiar with project management software such as Monday.com
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media and advertising best practices
