What procedures will the associate be doing?
We are replacing a highly valuable surgical associate that is moving out of state for family reasons. They developed an amazing surgical practice within our practice, while still doing general dentistry. They mostly do restorative treatment under IV sedation, teeth extractions, 3rds removal, implant placement, ridge augmentation, sinus lifts, All-on-X, etc. They had a multi-million dollar of production in 2024.
We are looking to hire a FULL TIME, energetic, personable, motivated, quality-oriented associate dentist to render all phases of dental treatment in our office in the Columbus OH area but with an emphasis on Surgery and Implant Placement. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, unique and fast growing dental practice. We are open to candidates that are relocating and will offer relocation assistance.
The associate will be working 4 days per week and the owner will be available to offer mentorship as needed. We are open to a part time schedule if needed.
We focus on providing the entire family with superior quality general dentistry in a non-threatening environment. We offer a great faciliy, state of the art technology (Digital Xrays, Digital Charts, Itero, 3D CT Scan, Laser, 3D Printer, etc.) and experienced support staff.
Our ideal candidate for this associate position needs to have at least 2 years of dental experience and possess the following skills:
> IV sedation trained
> Extractions (simple and surgical)
> Wisdom teeth removal (surgical)
> Implant placement and restoration (All-ON-X experience preferred but not necessary)
> Ridge Augmentation and Sinus Lift experience preferred but not necessary
> Restorative: expertise in monolithic crowns and bridges, composite and bonding techniques. No amalgam or PFM are used in our practices.
> Endodontics: Need to have SOME experience in rotary endo for anterior teeth. We will train our associate so they become proficient in posterior endo including second molars and finding MB2 canals. 20% of our practice production comes from RCT/CR/BU.
> Invisalign: license and experience preferred but NOT necessary.

Our compensation package is extremely competitive, is based on a high % of collections and can be adjusted based on experience and skills:
> % of collections with a guaranteed base for 3 months. Compensation can be customized based on experience, production, and skills.

> The transitioning associate is willing to discuss the position with any potential candidate.

Pay: $350,000.00 - $525,000.00 per year
