Position: Treatment Plan Coordinator and Manager
Our general dental office is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator/ Manager. The ideal candidate must have strong SALES and MANAGEMENT skills. You should be able to effectively present and sell treatment plans to patients through financing options such as CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit, and others. A solid understanding of PPO dental insurance is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and SELL treatment plans, consistently meeting daily and monthly sales goals.
- Manage a team that includes two assistants, a hygienist, a doctor, and front desk staff.
- Possess strong skills in multi-coding PPO insurance.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental experience as a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator and Manager is a must. ( at least three years)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
- Proven ability to sell treatment plans and meet sales goals.
- Strong understanding of PPO dental insurance and multi-coding.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Compensation: In addition to a set salary, you will receive bonuses based on achieving monthly sales goals. Our monthly targets are realistic and aligned with the office's past performance. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to exceed their set salary through commissions. This is not a 9-5 position—ideal candidates will be driven and ready to achieve exceptional results.
