We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a key mid-level provider. As an experienced healthcare professional, you will utilize your expertise in a controlled surgical environment with daytime work hours. You will be trained on all aspects of surgery and assisting, working closely with our team to ensure patient safety and well-being before, during, and after procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer IV placement for all surgical patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and their response to treatment.
- Assist in preparing patients for surgical procedures, including securing IV access and administering medications as directed.
- Assist with surgical procedures.
- Evaluate patients' conditions and administer appropriate medical treatment.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the surgical office.
- Train clinical team members on medical emergencies.
- Perform basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) techniques as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Comply with relevant medical protocols, guidelines, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Valid current Paramedic certification/license.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
