We are seeking a SUPER FRIENDLY, professional and detail-oriented GP/Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator to join our amazing team! Our office strives to ensure that adequate access to dental care is available for patients of all ages, demographics, and dental needs.
Orthodontic/Dental experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Internet
- Candidate should be positive and upbeat with a professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in the dental field is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling
- Presenting financial arrangements
- Answering phones with a pleasant demeanor
- Insurance verification
- General office duties
- Checking in patients
- Calculate co-payments
