We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental office team. As the first point of contact for our patients, the successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. Expected shift is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays - 8 hour shift. This schedule may change for the offices needs so we are requiring someone with a flexible schedule.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records, both electronically and in paper format.
- Handle insurance verification, billing inquiries, and patient billing processes.
- Utilize Eaglesoft and Dolphin software to update patient information and track appointments.
- Ensure all patients are scheduled and prepared for their appointments.
- Manage and coordinate the flow of patients through the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and messages, taking care to address any patient concerns or inquiries.
-Make cold calls for scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception area and waiting room.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing and typing documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Experience:
- Experience with dental office management and patient scheduling software Eaglesoft is required
- Proficiency in typing, including 10-key typing, is essential for this role.
