Dentistry of the Ozarks is a locally-owned, single doctor office located in downtown Springdale, Arkansas. Our focus is providing quality care to our patients. As part of our team, you will be surrounded by a professional, supportive and seasoned staff. Many members of our staff have been here 5 years. Our recently updated office has iTero and CBCT scanners and all of our operatories overlook a courtyard filled with trees, flowers, birds and a koi pond.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phones, take messages and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Assist with patient registration and update patient records in the system
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered
- Coordinate with support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
Skills:
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist preferred
- Proficient in using electronic record systems such as Dentrix
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with dental or medical office operations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
