Job Summary
Dentive is looking for a talented Marketing and External Communications Manager who will serve as a key player on the Dentive Marketing team. The role requires a proactive team member who can focus on developing and delivering content across owned and earned channels that communicates Dentive’s mission, values, value proposition and brand voice to our target audiences. This role will primarily focus creating compelling marketing and social media copy, cultivating and supporting strategic earned media opportunities, supporting internal audience digital content moderation, and developing CEO communications that support our mission and values. The role will collaborate with cross-functionally within the company to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned communications that enhance engagement with target audiences and drive results.
Essential Functions
- Draft and edit copy across media and applications, including but not limited to : press releases, pitches for external media coverage opportunities, flagship branded website and partner website content, social media posts, patient journeys, email and other marketing campaigns, video scripts, blog posts and other digital assets and internal communications.
- Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints for Dentive’s internal and external communications
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, campaigns and all copy efforts.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to draft, edit and publish written content, including thought leadership pieces and social posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, business development, operations) and partner practices to produce best-in-class content and optimize the partner and patient experience.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and patient behavior to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Edit and proofread materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing content to inform optimization and future content strategies. Engage with marketing colleagues to measure impact of campaigns and external communication efforts.
