DCC is seeking a skilled, service-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. As a bartender at our prestigious country club, you'll be an integral part of delivering exceptional experiences to our members and guests. If you have a passion for mixology, hospitality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to members and guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Provide outstanding service with attention to detail and personal preferences of members
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Valid TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification required
• Previous bartending experience preferred; country club or hospitality background a plus
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
