Position Summary
The Facility CEO is responsible for the all planning, development, implementation, and operational oversight and strategic development of services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Facilitate management of patient care coordination across a complex provider network.
- Provide leadership and direction for system, departments, services, clinical programs and support areas involved in the provision of post-acute care.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with caregivers, managers, physicians, and system leaders while developing, implementing, and operating the facility.
- Responsible for hiring and retaining qualified personnel through effective recruitment, retention, development, and performance management.
- Responsible for contractual arrangements, setting and monitoring, necessary to meet facility needs.
- Demonstrates knowledge of effective quality improvement and change management techniques, and leads the implementation of new models in an effective manner to achieve the organization’s goals.
- Develops and implements the staffing, education, mentoring, information technology, and data needed to enable post-acute care teams to effectively provide patient- care.
- Maintains operations by ensuring compliance with all appropriate internal policies and procedures and with external regulatory and accrediting agencies.
- Ensures policies and procedures are current and support current practices
- Develops, prepares, and manages annual approved budget.

Work Environment
This job operates in a post-acute setting. This role requires regular walking to various locations around the facility. This role also routinely comes into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. The employee must frequently lift and / or move items over 20 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position in a post-acute setting that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required

Seasoned professional, with a strong care strategy orientation Ability to leading the entire range of problem solving work from problem definition to analysis, recommendation and the development of implementation plans. Ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external leaders, partners, suppliers and customers Proven track record with care strategy planning, development, and execution
Licenses / Certifications
1. Nursing Home Administrator License TEXAS Required
Education / Experience Education :
1. Four year degree from an accredited institute
