Branch office of well-established Salt Lake City, Utah based law firm seeks a full-time highly experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to work in our Salt Lake City, Utah office.
Essential skills include :
- Familiarity and experience with litigation rules and filing procedures in both state and federal courts.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills;
- MS Office Suite proficiency;
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured legal environment;
- Professional attention to detail;
- Excellent listener and verbal / written communicator;
- Exceptional people and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently, manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities and ongoing projects with multiple attorneys from inception to completion; and
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
