Description : The Orange County office of Dentons US LLP is seeking an associate to join our sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Candidates should have 3-5 years of complex litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and proven analytic ability. Our associates work collaboratively with our partners and clients and are key members of our team. Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Working on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals
- Conducting legal research and writing memoranda
- Drafting complex case evaluations and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Conducting, propounding and responding to discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions)
- Working with clients, witnesses, experts and other counsel

Pursuant to California law, the salary range for this position in Orange County, is $260,000 to $325,000, based on experience. Based on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
