Responsibilities and practice
Dentons US LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with excellent academic credentials and 4-6 years of experience to join our Corporate Practice. The person hired for this position will work directly with partners, associates and other team members and will contribute to the practice by assuming such responsibilities as:
- Representing buyers and sellers in strategic transactions across a variety of industries
- Contributing to the coordination and execution of successful corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, fund formation and securities matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating key legal documents and ancillary agreements
- Conducting or managing diligence reviews and coordinating deal closings
- Supervising and training junior associates
- Managing transactional specialists
- Helping to manage client relationships
- Supporting the practice by performing general research and writing as needed

Based on years of experience, Dentons US LLP associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate. Technical skills
- 4-6 years of law firm experience is required
- Experience in M&A is required
- Experience in the structuring, formation and management of private equity funds is preferred

Other requirements
- Should be licensed to practice law in Missouri and be in good standing
