Integration Lead

Key responsibilities:

• Liasie with markets, stakeholders to understand requirements, design & develop
• Liasie with architecture team to align with newer initiatives on integration services
• To manage existing biztalk pipelines built to integrate finance platforms
• To implement / build new biztalk pipelines for the new integration requirements from markets
• Continue to support, document & be aligned with organization integration/middleware roadmap
• Create schemas, maps, orchestrations, pipelines, and adapters using BizTalk tools to facilitate data transformation, routing, and processing
• Hands on experience on integration design patters like pub-sub, message routing, aggregator, scatter & gather etc.
• Implement various integration patterns and protocols (like XML, EDI, AS2, SOAP, REST) to enable communication between different systems and applications

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience level of 8-12 years working on Biztalk Server / ENV
• Hands on experience on different connectors like File, S/FTP, Http, SMTP, Service bus, SQL etc.
• BizTalk administration knowledge
• Familiarity with common EAI design patterns such as service-oriented architecture
• Working experience of ERP integrations with other enterprise applications would be a value-add
• Knowledge of Snaplogic or any other latest middleware viz., Snaplogic, MuleSoft & willingness to cross-skill
• Strong ownership mentality – desire to deliver outcome at right cost, first time right
• Highly motivated – desire to solve problems and succeed (self-starter and driven)
• Good written and oral communications skills (English mandatory, mandarin highly regarded)
• Good team player – works well in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural high-technology environment
• Strong growth mindset is a must
