Role Purpose :
Reporting to the Regional Director, Experiential Production, you will oversee event planning and activation, and lead on-site production in NYC ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Coordinate staffing and logistics for all non-premise brand experiences (event staffing, asset transportation, product delivery).
- Manage local storage and inventory of event assets, POS, and general event supplies.
- Work with vendors, including insurance carriers, procure permits, civic documents, and permits.
- Responsible for post-event recaps, feedback, goal event data recaps, and insights on all events.
- Oversee client communication, challenges, and solutions.
- Manage our PO system, event budget creation and implementation, expense tracking and management, and reporting.
- Ensure activation in compliance with state event regulations, local sampling laws, company policies, and client marketing codes.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
