Job Description :
The purpose of this role is to be the main driver behind the agency's creative product. Their role is to make sure that the work matches the highest standards in the industry. Developing award-winning integrated campaigns with the best content production. They have a passion for ‘the product’ and an appreciation for the impact it can have on changing a client’s business. They will oversee all creative projects in their office through execution and manage, mentor, and develop their team. Drives the creative philosophy, process, and product of the agency.
You will lead creative with existing clients as well as opportunities to grow the business and creative canvas with pitch and organic growth collaborations with Dentsu brands.
Key responsibilities :
- Creative Excellence
Drive creative excellence. Take charge of the project. Guide the team. Own the process.
Develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
Guide, mentor, enable, and inspire a growing team of creative directors, art directors, and copywriters to create first-in-class creative work.
Collaborate with other department leads to ensure seamless processes to bring the work forward.
Qualifications :
The anticipated salary for this position is $235,000 - $380,075. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays as outlined on the dentsu holiday schedule, in addition to accrued safe and sick time. This is a temporary, W2 role on dentsu payroll.
