All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.This role can be located in NYC, Chicago, or Los Angeles.Key responsibilities : Oversee creative choices related to messaging strategies, elevate the quality of the work, and meet client objectives while achieving financial goals.Mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.Act as a client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and serve as a liaison between clients and creative teams.Seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas.Demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and create relevant content for each.Qualifications : 12 years of experience ideating and executing creative concepts.Experience running B2B workstreams.Strong strategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual).Experience ideating for clients in the telecom or adjacent industries.Excellent client service and presentation skills.Experience utilizing a variety of technology platforms and media channels.Experience managing multiple teams.Compensation : The annual base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $263,350. Placement within the salary range is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
