Job Description :
The Human Resources Business Partner teams with other HRBP's to develop and deliver the people aspects of the business plan for the entity you support. You will be responsible for strategic planning and direction, providing executive coaching, being a liaison for all HR processes, and responding to urgent people-related issues. You will also promote our change programs and focus on overall organizational effectiveness for the entity.
You will report to : HRBP
Performance Management and Professional Development
- Manage execution of major Human Resources processes (e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation, and salary administration) according to geographic / entity guidelines.
- Coach career advocates and supervisors on the career development of all assigned personnel by providing guidance on career plans, coaching, and advising / approving required and elective training appropriate for their development.
- Manage ongoing performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance and training on delivering and receiving feedback, contributing to and reviewing formal input, discussing personnel issues, and supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
