We're looking for an Associate Creative Director, Social with an Art background to support our growing Social Creative Lab at Dentsu Creative. You will report to the Group Creative Director, Social. You love learning how people activate on the Internet. You will lead brands, connect our brands to culture, invent social tactics, and manage the daily progress of projects from start to finish.

You will make beautiful things for the internet in whatever format is deemed most relevant.You will create integrated social creative solutions across all platforms.You will realize the strategic direction and creative vision of the agency.You will work cross-departmentally to develop differentiating and original creative concepts and award-winning, media-coverage-worthy creative work to improve a client's business.You will creatively support the use of technology and its applications to solve business problems.You will champion, refine and provide feedback on the creative process and output while mentoring junior creatives.
Person Specification
5 years minimum experienceBachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field requiredExperience creating groundbreaking social campaigns and activations; you love the internet and creating in that space.You love mentoring junior talent, have the experience navigating interagency relationships, and enjoy building relationships with our awesome clients.You're a buttoned-up creative that believes in total accountability.
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
