Responsibilities:
- You will guide complex projects through the project management life cycle while keeping the project organized (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closure).
- You will elicit and document technical and functional requirements and define project scope.
- Develop and document project schedules, deliverables, and milestones through a detailed project plan.
- Develop communication & change management plans to ensure successful project execution and benefits realization.
- Resolve risks and dependencies associated with projects; lead risk mitigation planning and communication to project sponsors/stakeholders; escalate issues as defined in documented escalation procedures.
- Coordinate the work of many project team members across multiple geographies, time zones.
- Manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience of project management, business analysis, or related experience.
- Make decisions and judgments based on standard procedures.
- Manage workload, and adapt to changing business conditions.
- Understand how projects align with our strategy to ground the project team and stakeholders in why the project is important.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of Project Management Concepts as defined by the Project management institute (PMI) and/or agile concepts and methodologies (Scrum Alliance).
- Have conflict resolution skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage expectations

Salary : $68,000 - $110,400
