Job Summary: To provide customer service and operations support to Premium Seating, Ticketing and Operations departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist Ticket office with customer service and operations responsibilities by:
- Providing phone support to all fans, season ticket holders, premium account holders, and summer event guests
- Learning specifics of newly launched CRM system and uploading contractual pieces as needed
- Providing mobile assistance at service tents/ticket office as needed on game days
- Assisting with service initiatives and events throughout the year such as Broncos Huddle, Fan appreciation, Fan Tunnel, American Flag, Holiday Photo Events and First Year recognition
- Participating in departmental meetings as needed
- Familiarizing yourself with operational programs to assist staff of 5 and hourly window employees
- Ticketmaster HOST: Window sales – All Events/Audits/Inventory Management
- TMOne program: Presence/Event Builds/Reports
- Archtics: Inventory – ADA/Finance checks/Customer Service
- Assist with Training Facility Football ticket orders/fulfillment
- Following policies and procedures – understanding and assisting with NFL/Broncos communications related to bag policy/mobile ticketing/season ticket transfer requirements, etc.
Assist Premium departments with various responsibilities by:
- Assisting in setup, run of show, and breakdown of all Premium member events
- Manage assigned tasks and responsibilities during Broncos home games including premium service, sales, and overall fan experience initiatives
- Perform pre-game suite walks ensuring all suites at Empower Field at Mile High are ready to be customer facing
- Assist in preparations for in-stadium face to face meetings
- Assist in gameday gifting initiatives
- Provide administrative support for a variety of office, gameday, and non-gameday events
Contributes to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Working towards or completed bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Experience working in an office environment
- Ability to work all home Broncos games, stadium events, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule
Preferred Skills & Ability
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Prior sales experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior experience with Ticketing Software, Microsoft Office, CRM Systems, Sales Enablement Programs
- Detail oriented with strong prioritization and organization skills
- Self-motivated and solutions oriented
- Willing to learn, create and have a desire to succeed
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $18.81/hour.
