Duties & Responsibilities
Retail and F&B: Support execution of key offseason retail and F&B initiatives:
- Support key offseason activities, including execution of locker room sale, F&B media day, training camp support, etc.
- Lead development of 2026 retail buy strategy
- Lead reporting on offseason activities, rolling up presentations for stadium operators, strategy department and senior staff members
- Support season prep, creating calendars/copy/templates/reporting structures for upcoming F&B and Retail initiatives
- Working with Broncos senior staff to assess quarterly business performance and prepare QBR and all-staff business updates
- Support cross-functional initiatives, including Partnerships case study development and category packs
- Drive next phases on key fan behavior and experience research projects, potentially including AI and fan segmentation/journey mapping
- Supporting department as needed for any high priority projects that may arise.
Minimum Requirements
- Resume
- Completed bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December ‘2 4 – June ‘2 6 .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily PowerPoint and Excel
- Produce high-quality slide decks, financial models, and analytical memos with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Experience in consulting, strategy, sports, or operations
- Ability to partner with and communicate effectively with executives
- Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to execute initiatives
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, solutions oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented with strong prioritization and organization skills
- Professional demeanor
- Experience working under pressure
