JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of creative designs and digital assets for Denver Broncos social media platforms, denverbroncos.com, and the Broncos mobile app. This position will also work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sponsorship, ticket sales, game entertainment, premium seating, and stadium events. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong foundation in graphic design who has experience designing for various digital platforms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Involvement in the day-to-day design and brand management by:
Assisting with the development of digital materials for social media, email marketing, banner ads and landing pages.
Ensuring the design and all assets are delivered to specifications on time with attention to detail and within established brand standards.
Creating, updating and optimizing website pages and mobile experiences.
Impact the team’s brand development by:
Assisting in the research of digital trends and presenting ideas and concepts with digital innovation in mind.
Providing support to social, content, and video verticals when needed.
Manage department administrative functions by:
Maintaining an efficient file storage process.
Other duties as assigned by Manager of UX & Digital Design and Creative Director.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Degree in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, or similar field.
Six months of experience working in a professional environment using graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Ability to take direction, conceptualize and create digital experiences and designs.
Working knowledge of UX/UI design principles and concepts (mobile app and desktop).
Design portfolio.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY
Experience with web design and CMS systems.
Experience working in sports and entertainment.
Experience with Figma.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
Self-starter with ability to track multiple projects to completion simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within a project management system.
This internship is for the 2024-2025 season and will start the beginning of June 2024.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected hourly rate will be $18.29. This position is 40 hours a week with overtime as needed.
