Denver Christian School is accepting applications for this anticipated opening. The start date for this position would be August 1, 2025. This is a full-time position (following DC's school calendar).
The salary range for this position is $46,081- $84,622. Annual salary compensation will be matched with the candidates level of experience and education.
Position Summary: Teachers at Denver Christian School deliver academic excellence within the context of a biblical worldview. They are responsible for administering a well-rounded, comprehensive, instructional program for students in the areas of education assigned by the appropriate Principal.

- Work together with their Principal and other teachers to create a strong, coherent curriculum that aligns with state and national standards.

- Maintain a current curriculum map for assigned classes and actively participate in any curriculum committee discussions.
- Manage expenses and stay within the assigned budget.
- Maintain Colorado state teaching credentials (preferred) or other like-credentials acceptable with written approval by the Principal and Head of School

- Maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
- Demonstrate successful classroom management and organizational skills.
- Comply with additional duties as assigned by the Principal and/or outlined in the Faculty Procedures Handbook
- A state/national teaching certificate (Colorado preferred)
- A bachelor's degree in the subject area with an education degree
- An advanced degree (master's/doctorate) in the subject area is preferred.
- Successful experience working with students in a similar position.
