Xanterra Travel Collection is seeking a proactive and versatile candidate for the position of Corporate Engineering Facilities Manager located in Greenwood Village, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of facilities maintenance including preventative, proactive, and reactive tasks, operational transitions for existing properties and future acquisitions, project close out transition from project management team to local operations, oversight of Engineering maintenance strategy, oversight of historical preservation program, and ensuring compliance with CMMS for all Xanterra park properties and affiliates. The successful candidate will be a highly organized leader with the ability and motivation to work alongside their peers both administratively and in the field.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management or Construction Management preferred
• 7 years’ previous experience in project management and/or construction administration experience.
• Historic Preservation Training or experience preferred
• Familiarity with hospitality, campus based, or hospital operations preferred
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees
• Ability to manage time effectively to support multiple assignments, shift priorities in accordance with need and work both independently and within teams
• High attention to details and ability to perform complex work
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft products, CMMS, and various project management applications such as Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid.
• Advanced, journeyman level skills, in one or more common trades
• Working Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) such as Verdant, Automated Logic, and Amana Digismart.
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Up to 50%
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 based on experience.
