We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to join us as a Snowflake Integration Developer within our Data and Analytics Team. Our technology team is dynamic, with a strong sense of dedication to our customers. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data integration pipelines using Snowflake. You will collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust data solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing data flows, and ensuring secure, reliable access to data across the organization. Per our company policy, we will require this position to be in office 5 days a week.
You Will Make an Impact By
• Implementing secure and cost-effective strategies to integrate data across enterprise-scale technology platforms.
• Developing ETL/ELT processes to ingest structured and unstructured data from diverse sources (e.g., APIs, databases, data lakes).
• Automating data ingestion and transformation processes using SQL, Python, and scripting tools.
• Ensuring data quality, consistency, and security throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Documenting integration processes, data flows, and technical specifications.
• Optimizing performance and cost of Snowflake workloads (warehouse sizing, clustering, query tuning).
• Implementing monitoring and alerting for data pipelines and Snowflake environments.
• Engaging in continual learning to remain abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards.
Qualifications
• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with a concentration in Information Technology, Programming or Database Management. 3 years of experience working with Snowflake in a data engineering or integration role. Significant work experience can substitute for formal education.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge/experience with on-premises and cloud database systems, including Snowflake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse, Fabric, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle (19 and forward). Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills. Hands-on experience with data integration/ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Fivetran, dbt, Talend). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of data warehousing best practices and modern data architecture (e.g., ELT, Data Lakehouse).
• Security Knowledge: Knowledge and prior experience with common security and privacy standards – PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA — and implicit integration of these security standards in all aspects of your work. Understanding of security and access controls in Snowflake (RBAC, data masking, etc.).
• Documentation Toolset Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products for authoring and collaboration is required.

• Snowflake certification(s) (e.g., SnowPro Core or Advanced).

• Experience in travel, hospitality and/or cruise industries.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $105,000.00 to $115,000.00.
