Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating, project management, and client relations within the landscaping industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review estimates for landscape construction projects.
- Meet with clients to discuss project details, goals, and expectations.
- Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee field teams, working closely with superintendents to ensure they understand project scope and specifications.
- Assist with design, measurements, and material selection as needed.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing clear communication and addressing concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records of project timelines, costs, and materials used.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in landscape construction, project management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Experience with estimating and budgeting for landscape projects.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and estimating tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

- $70,000-$85,000 annually salary
