Large riding school and training facility looking for a full-time Front Office Manager who is available weekdays, evenings and weekends, and can provide the following: Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in verbal and written communications. Friendly, patient client satisfaction and care. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and information. Ability to work independently. High level of efficiency and accuracy in completing office tasks. Technological proficiency.
Job Description / Duties: Professionally represent the riding school and front office at all times. Receptionist duties such as answering phones and responding to emails, documenting and returning voice mail, checking clients in, scheduling lessons, proofing and understanding the schedule. Complete daily checklist of office duties. Accurately obtain and maintain client paperwork. Sales duties such as explaining lesson programs accurately and recommending appropriate training options to clients and new clients. Help with client concerns. Give facility tours to potential new clients. Input data into scheduling system, spreadsheets, rosters, etc. Provide staff and clients with desired documents. Maintain cleanliness of office area and monitor bathrooms, upstairs areas, client lounge, and staff lounge. Complete other duties and projects as requested.
